HTC — M8 - Faulty - Non availability of motherboard

Hi HTC, I am extremely disappointed with the HTC M8 that I bought and to add to it, the horrendous service that your repair centre gives is just not acceptable. My handset has gone faulty twice in the last 5 odd months . First the touch screen stopped responding and i had to run around to get that fixed and finally managed to get the screen replaced. Within a couple of months the phone stopped reading the USIM card, and when I gave it for repairs it took them more than a week just to tell me what was the fault. Now I have been told that the motherboard needs to be replaced, which has been out of stock. They don’t even have the basic courtesy of keeping their customers informed. I have been waiting for my phone to be fixed for almost a month now. The repair centre staff his highly incompetent and have no answers to anything. They just keep telling me there is a open PO and it is HTC's problem now and if I am not happy I should approach HTC and it’s not their concern. I don't know why HTC would be associated with a company which does not care for their customers and don’t give a damn about the experience. This mail may not completely express the kind of disappointment and frustration I have had in the last several weeks. I bought this product with lot of faith in the company and now realize how wrong I was. I am writing with a faint hope that someone somewhere in HTC would really care for a customer and do the right thing in getting my phone fixed or replaced. Regards Latesh
