Maine jab se phone liya h uske bad se m 4 bar service center ja chuka hu problem solve ho jati h lekin phir se same problem creat ho jati h
yaha se gurgaon 150 km h vha tak jane me bahut problem hoti h
bar bar vha jake m preshan ho gya hu
customer care wale bs yhi jewab dete h ki service center javo apne phone ko vha submit karwao vha phir 3 day ka time dete h
phir vha jana padhtabar bar
bt phir se vhi problem aa rahi h

After updating new software my mobile phone touch is not responding properly.i cant able to type a text.i do factory reset 3 times still problem persist.itsirritating.i never suggest htc to anyone.
