HTC — Mobile given for repair before 2months 14days

I gave my HTC desire 816g dual sim of white color for repair on 23rd June 2015 for repair of broken screen and tillbdate I have not received my mobile back and a representative named ANDRE of HTC express team is only making wrong commitments of delivery date.kindly help.
