[Resolved]  HTC — mobile given for repair,but they are not returning my mobile

i had a earpiece problem in my htc desire 616 dual sim, my phone was in warranty period so i have given it to service centre for repairing, on 4th november, and they promised me to return my mobile in 15 days, but as day passed they are shifting return date, when i called service center they are giving me reply that they hav no part, so they are waiting for parts to come, they always gives execuse, its already taken 1 month, and still i do not get my mobile back, they have given me the new date that they wil return my phone on 15th dec, but i can't trust them now, they always ready with new excuses. i want my phone back .AND i also want that they should give me new phone . my phone is htc desire 616 dual sim ticket no : 14INA[protected] IMEI: [protected] SERVICE CENTER: SATYAM COMMUNICATION (CONTACT NO[protected] NEAR CENTRE STATE MALL, SECTOR 18, NOIDA, UP(PIN CODE 201301)
