HTC — Mobile hand set problam

R/Sir,
It is brought to your kind notice that i'm user of HTC mobile model…htc Desire 816G dual sim.I was purchased this product on…23/06/2015.(copy of bill enclosed herewith). I'm facing many problem with the mobile set, when i found many problem in this set, i reached two times at Bathinda service centre with same complaint and deposited the mobile set with service centre, but they failed to resolve the problems (Service centre slips attached herewith).
You are hereby requested to resolve my set problems. I purchase this product with valuable name of company, but i'm not satisfied with the service of set as well as service centre. It is submitted that kindly resolve my set problem and directed to concern in this regards or issue me new mobile set. I keep the same in my record for further n/a please.
