HTC — Mobile in service center for more than a month within 2 weeks of purchase

HTC mobile i have purchased and there was a touch screen problem in the mobile. Due to time contraints i was unable to go to service center. From 5th february 2015 the mobile is with them and they are still saying the mobile would take more 2 weeks.
