I bought a mobile (HTC Desire XC) for my father in October 2013, Delhi. Soon it started hanging n voice breaking. I submitted this mobile to Service Center (Ansal Plaza, Delhi). They told me to come after 3-4 days but they did not give back to me. They took the mobile with them for almost 16-17 days for the reason, touch screen's replacement part is not available. Then I decided to show them that I am going to consumer court, instantly they said your mobile is ok now as we have replaced the part. I really believe that they have not done anything with the mobile or they havve replaced the part with any other old part available, as mobile is still hanging and not working fine.
What should I do now, as my mobile warranty is going to expire soon? Was this information helpful? |
