Hello Team. I have handed over my HTC Desire 816 device to one of your collection agent Mobile Gallery in Gandhidham (Gujarat) dated on 8/9/2015. Hopefully it will be reached to you. I was facing problem in connecting my device to pc. I have contacted your customer support many times to take follow up of current status of my device but I haven't got any proper response. I have got every time response that the device is in repairing status. Now I wanted further justification that how much time it will take to repair? whether my device will get repaired or not and if it is then when it will reached back to me. At this time I have been very much disappointed from HTC service. I have personally contacted to that collection agent but he was not reachable and not picked up my call as well. Now at present I haven't any idea what to do. Is it your way to give customer service? Is it standard of your customer service? Today I have got response from your side that in 24 hours I will get actual status of my device and I will get call from your side. Now I am going to wait only for 24 hours otherwise in worst case I am going to provide you a legal notice and meanwhile in that time if I will receive my device then I am not going to accept it.
