HTC — Mobile Not get Repair on time making Excuse only

Hi, This is Sumit Kumar have submitted Mobile HTC Desire 816 G for repair in TVS Electronics Ltd MG road Gurgaon on 21/03/2015 but till not repaired and service center is not giving any tentative date, they are saying when part come it will repair, i don't under stand this . Let me know on what date, I will get my mobile back . I have purchase this 4 month back and its gone to service center this is worst thing . Please repair it soon or other wise provide me new phone waiting for your positive response . Thanks SUMIT KUMAR
