Dear Team,
I have submitted my HTC Desire X Ds for repairing at Shri Balal ji communication, Shop No 111, Parijat Complex, First Floor, Hisar. This is authorize customer care service center of HTC. I have received a message on my regiestred Mobile no that your mobie set has been repaired and despatched on 29/07/2013 at Hisar on customer care center. Today i went to distributor to collect my Ph but he replied that this set is misplaced in our station and we have have received wrong mobile set in given POD.
Sir HTC is a very reputed co in mobile industry. And if customer suffer from such little issues then it make very bad image in investor mind. So you are requested take a strong action for the local staff who was not attanding customers properly. Pls arrange to recruit trained staff for the Hisar outlet who can satisfy the customer.
