HTC — Mobile not repaired since 3 months

Dear sir/mam On 21 march 2015, i purchased a new htc desire 820 dualsim phone. After a moth it was giving overheating problem..i visited to htc service center, they took my phone and update it with some new version. Than on july7, i visited to htc service center again in regard of same issue again. They gave back my dvice to me on 16 july and said now your device is OK as far as it was still givining same problem than i submitted my device for an another repairment on 14 august and after a month on 12 september i visited to service center and checked my device and i found that device still having overheating issue. Than on 14 september my device again sent for repair, this time they refused my request to change it. I visited to service center on 26 september and found that their engineers damaged my device body during their repairing process. Now i requested to change the device as far as its body was also damaged. They collect back my device from me on 26 september and give it back to me on 17 october in such condition as it was earlier. As i understand this time they even don't touch my device. Now finaly on 19 october i totaly demand to replace it. This time they got agree to replace it and now they are don't giving back my device. Their agents always try to skip my problem over the call. I don't have my device from last 3 months. I am totaly mentaly harrested with htc. My device IMEI No. And last job ticket No. are mentioned below respectively. [protected] 15INA[protected] Please take immediate action to solve my problem. Thankyou.
