HTC — Mobile service/repair not done even after one month of complaint

Sir, i have given my htc 816g mobile handset for service at their service centre on february 20th 2015 with sim card slot problem, and in the token of proof from their end they have given expected date of service done is march 6th 2015, but they have not done it on that day, and even after that i have contaced the service centre for more than a couple of times but still they say that are still expecting the spares to come.and not confirming the delivery of the mobile even on today i:e 24th march 2015.
