HTC — mobile's rear camera is having a blurr vision ( not clear vision )

I have bought HTC mobile Model Desire 826, Dated 7 may 2015 Bill No:-0564/HTC/15-16/(C) & within a month Mobile, s Rear Camera Is having a Blurr Vision ( Not Clear Vision ), I Have taken Mobile To your Collection Center Not Having A Service Station At Nagpur, But they are telling Me That I Have to Give Mobile for 15 to 20days For Repairing. Please Solve My Problem
