HTC — My phone htc desire 210h is not switching on..And it still has warrenty. And htc service centre is saying that it not an idian product

dear htc india. Please help me. I have bought htc desire 210 h phone from www.gobol.in and now it is not working properly. It is not getting charged. And it is completely dead. And it still has warrenty. And htc service centre is saying that it is not an indian phone. I called to gobol and raised my voice. They are saying that..it has still warrenty.
