I purchased a htc desire 826 dual sim on 18/12/2015 from heena corporation, sector-4, bokaro steel city, jharkhand.But the phone started hanging and gets off and on automatically so i submitted it in service center(Ginia care, city center, sector-4, b.S.City) on 07/01/2016.They told me there was an software issue so they would update it and give me the mobile after sometime.When i went there to collect it i saw a problem in the back camera so they told me to leave the phone that day and told me to come next day.I went there the next day and then they told me that the issue of camera cannot be resolved so the mobile would be sent to bangalore to the htc center.I told them to replace it but they told me that the phone cannot be replaced because 14 days have past so it cannot be replaced and told me to talk to the htc service center.I got my ticket number-16ina[protected] & i talked to the service center.Itold them to replace it but they told me the same thing which was told by the ginia care. I told them that it is an expensive phone so they should return me the money but they told me the money cannot be returned.They would fix the problem in the mobile and i would get it after some days.I got the mobile on 9/02/2016.The camera problem was fixed.But the problem was just started .The mobile was dead on 26/03/2016.Again many problems like mobile got heated up battery back up got 3rd classand & this time i submitted it in samky digital(Agarwal bhawan, 2nd floor, bye pass road chas) ticket number-[protected]so sir or madam i just want to tell you that buying such expencive phone every day is not possible for middel class like me. Ihave spent rs22000 for phone and insurance rs1749. 3 months have also not pasted nicely and the phone is creating so much problem.After 1year if the warrenty overs i cannot spent money in that cell phone .So i kindly request you to help me in this case and get me my money back i have spent on this cell phone.
