HTC — No action on damaged phone after 8 days of complaint

My cell phone was covered under insurance. It was damaged and a complaint no. AD_D_120915_2746758 was lodged on 12th September 2015. The damaged phone number was given as registered number and another phone which is in working condition was given as alternate number. It is 8 working days now. I have not received any phone call from the company. The complaint is not attended till now. I have been constantly calling up the shop in Mumbai from where the phone was purchased.
