Dear sir i my self tushar thacker from gandhidham [ kutch ] i have given my HTC desire 816 for repair in HTC service care located in Bhuj [ Kutch ] on 25/08/2014 for the repairing of camera lence and they have commited to give my phone within 7 working days but yet i have not got my cell whenever i call bhuj service care the dont give response and dont even talk in manner they talk very rudly and say we dont know about your cell contact to htc customer care so sir please favour and give support to me the S/r no. FA45MMZ00536 and the Ticket no. 14INA[protected] was given at the time of submiting cell to the care Thanking you Tushar thacker
