HTC — No response even after complaining in consumer complaints

It is very surprising that even after complaining in the https://www.consumercomplaints.in still i havent received any proper response from HTC. I am still just given fake promises and am being fooled by the customer executives like Imran, payal, pratima, steve, etc... Also the Escalation department is not responding positively even after the delay of almost 1 month. Even the Escalation team member named SACHIN too is giving the fake promises which itself shows the shamefulness of a company and its executives. I am equally surprises that even after raising my complain in consumer complaint forum, still no action has been taken and my issue is becoming more and more complex day by day. I once again appeal to CONSUMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT to get my phone REPLACED or support me to get the REFUND of money along with the losses incurred to me due to such pathetic delay.
