[Resolved] HTC — No Response from Service center

My name is Soumyadip Sen, I have submitted my phone in service center on 8/8/14 for battery change and today is 13/10/2014 but still there is no response from their side. HAVE I DID A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A HTC PRODUCT? Model- HTC DESIRE 501 DS Imei no- [protected] Date of purchase-9th May, 14 Service center details : TVS Electronics Ltd. 218 & 219 2nd floor, E-mall, chittaranjan avenue, near chandni chowk metro Problem as per job sheet-battery rundown test fail(poor lifetime)..system hang at booting..All data will be deleted battery backup issue.Battery change

Worst decision in my life to bought HTC Desire 816 before 4 months, I recommened to you please dont buy HTC bcz service center and CCE is worst.
