HTC — No response on my device(HTC one X) given for repair

I am getting response from none of the mentioned point of Contacts, No response from HTC Toll free number, Service center's landline, Online chat, Support email. What kind of a service you are offering to ur customers? I am eagerly waiting for the solution.
