My name is prasanna . I am using htc one m8 eye. I have given my mobile headset for replacement on 14/03/2016 in trichy (Tamilnadu) service center which comes under warranty. Before going to there i called one of your representative and they said you will get your headset in 10 days . I went to them and they are really slow and doesn't know how to behave to customers. One of their member said you can come and collect after 10 days . I went to that center yesterday, they haven't send my headset for replacement. I been using htc for 8 years i haven't found any complaints on my phone and i never been to service centre . But after buying this mobile i am facing this problem 2nd time. So please consider customer as human we do have job and responsibility .We don't want to waste time in service center for 3 hours . I have all the recordings which i had with your csr and i have attached my service copy as well . Reply me your higher official mail id please.
