I have purchased one HTC desire 700 dual sim mobile on 2nd. March, 2014. On 29th. March 2014 I have submitted the hand set to service centre for repairing for the problem of call drop, call rejection network problem etc. After continuous follow up I could able to get the Mobile on the end of April. The mobile I recd. from Service Centre is having the same problem as it was.
Again on 13th. May, 2014 I have submitted the Handset to Service Centre again, & till date I have not recd my handset back.
Daily I am comtinously following up with the Customer Service & escalation team but not getting any positive response from any corner of HTC. Was this information helpful? |
