HTC — Non removal/deletion of inbuilt unnecessary application in this mobile

Sub :Arrange to remove inbuilt application or increase the memory. Dear Sir, Ref : “HTC Explorer A310e” – IMEI # [protected] With reference to the above subject, please note that I am one of the user of your above Mobile. My request/complaint is that please you can make arrangement for removing inbuilt application which is not useful for me, because there is a little inbuilt memory in the said mobile. The cost of this mobile was Rs.9, 000/- when I was purchased. My serious complaint against company is that No dealer/company has giving the information regarding the inbuilt memory as well as unable to remove the same, at the time of purchase. Company has to make provisions at the time of manufacturing for either increase the memory or delete the application. Only in this mobile there is nothing any deleting option for remove applications, It seems that company is clearly cheat with the customer/me. Please note that I am a middlemen person, so I cannot buy/afford any further mobile. When I have purchased this mobile, it is for a use of long term purpose. But after purchasing this mobile I have come to know that we cannot remove the inbuilt application which is not useful for me & there is a little memory in this mobile it is a very very serious problem in this mobile. It is clearly prove that the Company/Dealer has cheat with me/customer. It is company’s responsibility to remove the application or increase memory. All other mobile manufacturing company is giving this facility. So I want to know that why this company is not this option in the said mobile. Please give me this information in writing. So I can move further in this regards. If company can Installing this application then it can be 100% remove also. So it is my humble request you to please make any arrangement for my above serious problem. Please inform me what further action I have to take in this regards. Either Company has to remove this application or exchange me further mobile worth Rs.9, 000/- Because this mobile is costly for me.
