HTC — Not accepting the mistake

I have submitted the device for repair on 16 june along the battery and htc has return the device without battery on16 july and on jobcard already it has been mentioned that device has been submitted along the battery but more than 45 days has been completed on these total issue and I am continously calling htc they are not giving the response to me
They have also closed the request wothout permission of the customer I am not able to know whether i have invested 18000 inr for keeping the device in the service centre or to use
