HTC — Not giving proper service

Today i gave them for re-check for my mobile. they said that i will update u. my comolain was regarding battery and short circuit. till 20 days also they didnt did anythng n after 20days i asked them to return my mobile . when i received my mobile thn display was not working. I Gave my mobile in indra nagar HTCauthorised service station, banglore.

Today very bed expiryance from your service center Syamal cross rd, Ahmedabad... Yr Cust. support lady Miss Rani maratha was very pethetic answer. she could not any help for my mobile softwer issus... Can u belive it...

My mobile just prob. is text keypaid deleted and body color was remove... she says yr mobile repair minmum 2o days. Can u belive, its hTC service..
