I purchased Htc one e8 on 22/10/14, on 23rd of december mobile display started with some lines, and slowly it increased to whole display. i went to HTC service centre (NUNGAMBAKKAM) and they said its my fault but there was no crack on the screen and shop keeper where i purchased said me it would be covered under warranty as its not physical damage, but still they said its my fault, i.e. i have put some pressure on display so it had been damaged internally. as mobile is necessity i said ok for repair and said him to change the disply and was given a quotation of rs.7000/- and wil be delivered within 10 to 12 days. till today i have not received my mobile from service centre. they have said me to deliver this month end on 23rd of jan. i am waiting for it. can any1 help me out? is there any provision for such complaints to get my mobile replaced at free of cost asap.?
