Respected Sir I would like to bring notice to you that I purchased HTC 816G .date 01/12/2014, I have been using this phone for two months but due to some problems my phone LCD has Broken, then i will go your service center for new LCD then he said we will repair your phone with in 7 days then you will be collect i said ok now after 10 days when i go your service center he said we don't have part right now when we received part we will inform you now today is 03.04.2015 right now my phone not repair Today morning when i call to HTC service center the person told me I HAVE OTHER CLIENT'S MOBILE LCD PROBLEMS BUT WE DON'T HAVE PART, SIR PLEASE TELL ME WHY WE SHOULD PURCHASE UR BRAND AND SPEND SUCH HUGE AMOUNTS.
