I’m writing this email to you with a very sad note. I have been using HTC phones for over 8 years now and this is the very first time I have faced several issues with my phone while the phone is still new and the warranty period hasn’t expired yet.
Please find below the details of the phone;

Problems
• Power button doesn’t work (is always stuck)
• Hangs multiple times in a day
• Camera clarity gone bad to worse
• Have to do phone booting and reset every biweekly basis
My previous complaint number in the same regards is 15INA[protected]. Even after getting the phone serviced from the HTC Service centre near Basavanagudi Bangalore, the new phone continues to show the same issues since the day I bought it. I haven’t found any solution to this problem even after talking to your helpdesk multiple times.
I’m very disappointed with this device and it has changed my thoughts about HTC Phones.
I humbly request you to arrange for a NOC letter through which I can go for a different HTC Phone. Hoping for a speedy response.
