HTC — Pathetic service by HTC Service Centre

I had problems with my HTC 8X since I bought it. Bluetooth pairing error, Mobile Data pack connection error and storage problems. I went to service centre in Chennai and they deposited the mobile telling me that it was a hardware problem ( needing the motherboard to be changed ) and to come after 1 week. I went there after 1 week but it was not repaired. After prolonged delay and no response for almost 1 month, I went to the service centre. They gave me the mobile telling me that it was repaired. I checked the mobile and found out that nothing was repaired. The back of my mobile had got too much scratches and was looking worn out, looking too bad and pathetic ( which was originally deposited in brand new condition ). The service centre person finally deposited the mobile back after a bitter argument. ( He was fighting with me and telling me tthat Windows Phones don't pair with non- windows devices) Now even if I get my mobile back, it will be in a terribly bad condition. I am very much frustrated by the service of HTC and want my problem addressed ASAP.HELP DATA3
