There was a problem that occurred with my HTC One M8 phone on the last sunday. The phone got completely switched off post which it failed to turn on. I thus approached the HTC service centre on the South end road in Bangalore on tuesday. After having waited for 3 hours, I met a customer care representative who had absolutely zero knowledge with regard to anything, whether phone or even customer service. He just told me that he would send the phone to the service centre as he failed to understand the problem with the phone and would update me in 4 working days and provided me with 2 numbers to contact in case I don't get a call from them on the receipt that I got. The 2 numbers when called gets absolutely zero response even after tried since 2 days. When finally that rep picks Mr. Harish picks the call, he very rudely says that it is personal number and that I should not call him, when it was he who has written that number and did not mention that it was his personal number. Now he says that he doesn't know what has happened to the phone and that by Friday he would be able to tell me the status of my phone. Though the phone is amazing, with this kind of a pathetic and absolutely poor service with customer care and disappointing customer care and the way the customer is treated, I think I would just not recommend HTC to anybody.
