write the whole report to the above given link they are the taiwan main head office and they can help if still more frustrated I have submitted a report to the Malaysian consumer complain department and you can support my cause and really get their attention on quality I am doing this for all the people who are going through of what I have been through my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com and my case it have been 3 months all I want is justice their official apology, report of the action they took against their staff and finally compensation for my 3 months suffering and if you all help me perhaps I can make it through if not then all I can do is wish you goodluck thanks : Was this information helpful? |
