HTC — Phone Given for Repairing is not returned after 15 days

I have Given My HTC ONE E8 (under warranty) Mobile phone at HTC Authorized service center TVS ELECTRONICS LTD #11/1 Patalamma temple road, South End circle, Bangalore on 4th August 2015. I was given max expected return on 14th August 2015. The service center is not picking phone when called or giving any response even after 15 days.
