i wish to complain about HTC 816 G that I submit my phone on 11march at omkar service rohini I COMPALINT ON CALL SO MANY TIMES IN CONSUMER CARE NO BUT THEY NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, THEY SAID THAT CALL AFTER 48 HOURS I am complaining because SIM PHONE JACK IS NOT DETECTED With reference to the repair ticket number 15INA[protected] When I first learned of this problem, I contact YOUR consumer care no at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem, AND parts of mobile not available its only change mother board of mobile, I believe that this response is unfair because I would like a written statement explaining your company?s position and what you will do about my complaint. And i dont know when my phone is recieved me its not a big deal for u for repair a small phone its takes 15 days its very shame for your company I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. because i am going to out of india on 28 march, If I do not hear from you within a days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
