HTC — Phone under servicing for more than 1 month

I had given my HTC one s phone for repair to HTC service center (TVS electronics Jayanagar) in Bangalore. I had given this phone for repair on[protected]. It has been more than 1 month now and I have not received a single update from the service center. I have called the service center numerous times but nobody answers the call. I have raised this issue with HTC customer support but even they have not helped me.
