Brought the HTC One M8 Amber in July 2014. Instantly stopped working within a month. The service centre said the phone had become dead and did not give any other reason. Spent around a month in the service centre. When it came back the problem was resolved but the earphone jack stopped working which was perfect before going to the service centre.
Now, again from the month of December everyday the phone gets switched off every 10 mins.
This is not expected when you buy a high end phone and do not even get to use it without problems for even six months at a stretch. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy an HTC phone nor will recommend one. Just want my phone REPLACED.
