HTC — Poor quality of product and irresponsive behaviour from service center and online support

My HTC one ME is not more than a month old and I am facing problem of heating, Music player crashes very often and songs of playlist get automatically deleted . Gaming also slows down due to handset heating . I contacted service center for the same and they said that its working normally as this handset is having heating problem because of its processor. I even contacted live chat team and instead of providing solution they defended their product and disconnected chat
