I BOUGHT A MOBILE HANDSET HTC DESIRE 310 FROM JASMIN AT VADODARA IN THE MONTH OF JUNE, 2014. ONLY AFTER THREE MONTHS OF PURCHASE, SCREEN OF THE HANDSET STARTED TROUBLING. WHOLE DISPLAY SCREEN BECAME WHITE.
I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER NAMELY TVS ELECTRONICS LTD. 101 SAKET COMPLEX, AKOTA VADODARA ON 08/10/2014. THEY TOOK MY PHONE AND TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT ON 18/10/2014. I CONTACTED THE CENTER ON 18/10/2014 AND THEY REPLIED IT WILL TAKE 10 MORE DAYS AS PARTS OF THE HANDSET ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
ITS HARD TO DIGEST THAT COMPANY HAS NOT PARTS OF ITS OWN HANDSETS AND WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY DOING FOR LAST 10 DAYS.
ITS REALLY FEELING VERY BAD AND DISGUSTED AFTER GETTING SUCH RESPONSES FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY.
I WANT MY PROBLEM RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HOPE I WILL NOT SUFFER ANY PROBLEM AFTER THIS COMPLAINT AND COMPANY WILL MAKE SURE THAT SERVICE CENTER WILL DO THEIR JOBS BETTER AND QUICKER.
