HTC — Poor servicing

I have purchased 620g and it had network problem.. It was not detecting any 3g network.. I gave it to the service center and its been 1 month and I have visited 5 times to service center but it's not repaired.. I'm fed up of their excuses that there is no spare parts.. Now I cant handle my patience any longer.. Just want my phone to be replaced i[censored] cannot repair it..
