HTC — Problem in charging of mobile

Address:Sambalpur, Odisha

I have purchased a handset of model no. HTC desire 616 one month before but during inserting a jack of charger in mobile, it shows loose connection and I have to look at every time that it is connected or not. Please look into the matter & I hope that I am expecting positive feedback from your side. Regards Anand Raj
