HTC — Problem with speakers

I bought HTC 816g desire a month back. It worked properly about a week and started problem with speakers. Speakers does not work with flip cover. I removed the flip cover. Then it worked well about a week. Again problem started. Speakers didn't work if I kept mobile on any surface say table or book anything...frustated with HTC
