HTC — PRODUCT NOT WORK PROPERLY, AND RECEIVE REPLACED PRODUCT

Dear Sir, I NARESH KHANDHAR, Purchase mobile phone on dated: 12/01/2015, but the mobile phone was not work properly so I replaced the same piece to company wide ticket no: 15INA[protected], JOB NO: RAJ[protected], DATE: 28/03/2015. and make conversation on given no: [protected], with the executives Mr.VAIBHAV, MR. AASHISH, Komalmadam, and many others for my new mobile phone. And replacement was also commited by Mr. Aashish. I purchased product name HTC 616, AND he confirm to replace with htc PRODUCT name: HTC 820Q, but till the day I do not receive my phone. But during this period they send us fake message with intimation that my product is dispatached on date:[protected] but neither I receive my product nor reply from company.
