HTC — Recently bought htc 820g plus and its is released in may 2015 and it is not getting update and this part of mobile is also not included in htc family

Not receiving updates and it is recently released phone and they firstly said it will get update and now when i am contacting them they say we cant say and my full money got wasted no doubt they changed my phone but that phone also got servcied phone as it was not booting up (dead) and inshort it got repaired but no software update htc 820 is receiving the update but recently released htc820g plus is not reciving
