HTC — reg not charging of HTC mobile desire 816G

I have bought a HTC desire 816G( with IMEI No [protected] ) on[protected] at Kamal Big C Electronic Zone Bidar 585401(Karnataka) Mob-[protected]. But on[protected] the mobile has reached not chargeable stage. So I returned the mobile to above said Show Room on[protected]. The shopkeeper has promised me to return the mobile within 8 days. But till today it has not got repaired. So I kindly request you look into the matter and settle the problem soon.
