HTC — Regarding headphone and charger

I had htc desire 816 dual sim phone. .There was a problem with its camera quality and battry. .Infact charger and headphone was also not working.I submitted my phone to the htc service centre. After 27 days, I got a new phone'htc desire 820' instead of my old phone. .They said that the parts of htc 816 was not available. .They didnt gave me anything else. .They should give me the charger of the new phone atleast. .After that I submitted my charger and headset to the service centre as it was also not working. .Its been 14 days still I have not received my charger and headphone. .Customer care are not paying attention to my problem now. .Infact they dont receive calls. .I havent expected that this much big company will be careless in serving their customers.
