Neglegence by the service center
I bought a htc 820s barley a year ago..a couple of months ago it started giving problems related to wifi and blurtooth antenna. The range was so poor that the bluetooth stopped working at range of 10 feet n wifi would drop after 10 meters.
Gave the smartphone to the service center and received it after a few days stating that the problem is resolve..but voila its still the same...what the hell did the service center guys did after keeping the phone for more han ten plus days.
I just dont get it..such a careless attitude..
Its not as if we are gonna buy a 24000 worth phone every year.. htc please up your standards...microsoft guys are much better at this...
