[Resolved]  HTC — REPAIRING TYPE

i have htc one xl . the problem, , voice problem and other more problem i went submited authorized center and submitted the handset on 19/09/2014 for repairing . but now a date my handset never repair . i go the service center again and again for pick the handset but they are again again give the different different excuse and extend the receiving date day by day . i really face more problem .so please tell me what can i do this than solve my problem

Dear sir/mam, my phn tckt no :-14INA[protected] Serial no :- NAG[protected] i had given my phone to htc service centre on 19TH SPT 2014 . n still the phn is in service centre .. whenever i call to htc cstmer care the person told me to wait for 48hr .. i told him if that if parts are not avilable replace the phone n take the price of that display .. plzzzz hlp me .. m feeling helpless.. ...
and date day by day are given me i every time call customer call and J A SERVICE CENTER NAGPUR
