I had given my HTC desire mobile for repair at the Vashi, Mumbai service centre almost a month back. Each time I call customer care I am being asked to call up again after 24-48 hours to check for the status. Status of my phone has UNDER REPAIR from last 3 weeks. The reason that I have been told is unavailability of parts that are required to be replaced. Customer care is unable to give me any concrete timelines for repair. I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which the case is being handled. I would have been satisfied if proactively HTC would have acted and informed me about the delay which did not happen until today. I am not sure why does HTC sells those phone models to which it cannot support after sales service. I am still awaiting a satisfactory reply from HTC.
