HTC — Service and repair of htc 700 dual sim

Dear sir, I have submitted by HTC desire 700 dual sim handset for repairing at your local Jamshedpur collection centre (IT services) on 4th Oct'15. Ticket No. for this job is 15INA[protected]. From 28th Oct'15 till now, I am continuously calling to your call centre regarding status of my mobile and all the time I have been given reply that my mobile handset has been dispatch and through Fed-ex and tracking No. is[protected].I have checked this tracking no. on Fed-ex website as well as I have also called to Fed-ex and they have informed that this tracking No. is wrong. Now I have no belief on service system of HTC, kindly let me know when I will get my handset. after 25 days still I have not received my handset as the standard time is 12-15 days as per htc.Kindly look in to this matter and help me out.
