i have bought HTC desire 816 G on 19th may 2015 and it has been giving me many problems since the first week itself. The phone is slow, it hangs frequently and many a times it doesn't even show the receive option while incoming calls.
When i went to the service center in Ansal Plaza, delhi, today afternoon with the same problem, after making me wait for 1 hr the attending staff denied to accept the phone for servicing as the bill details in their server is different from the bill i produced.
This is insane. I have the bill and slip of atm card i made payment with, i showed it to them, they still refused. If there is some difference in your data, the fault is at your and and not mine.
I would like to return this set and would like a refund for the same. I no more want the servicing done, its just 2 months and it shouldn't even be giving so much problems in the first place, and secondly the way the staff acted was rude and unfriendly. Was this information helpful? |
