I submitted my phone on June 29 at Malad West service center in mumbai. The genius there without diagnosing the phone States motherboard needs replacement and 7k is cost. I get the phone submitted for diagnosis knowing the outcome he is wanting to loot me for 7k. I don't Get reply within given timelines and on 2nf July they call to inform charges would be 7.5k. After that I try to call them but they never pick calls till date. I visit on July 4 to understand the issue but they don't don't my phone and make a note on a small paper stating they will getback on Monday which never came. After that I continuously keep calling customer care and come to know software modifications done and phone ready since July 1. The express service base my case but service center don't pick their calls too. Till date am awaiting an update from htc.
